It is with great pleasure we invite you to participate in the Regional Conference of the project “WB&T for EmploYouth - Support for the Employment of Young people from Vulnerable groups in Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia and Turkey”
The project is coordinated by the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation (Serbia) in cooperation with partner organizations; Partners Albania for Change and Development (Albania), NGO Prima (Montenegro), Youth Alliance Kruševo (North Macedonia), and Community Volunteers Foundation (Turkey) which together with 68 civil society organizations make up the Youth Hub Network of the Western Balkans and Turkey.
The conference will be held on February 22, at the Golden Tulip Zira Hotel, Ruzveltova 35, Belgrade.
The conference will present the main results achieved at the end of the four-year implementation of the project, the main goal of which was to contribute to the strengthening of regional cooperation, participatory democracies and the process of approaching the European Union in the Western Balkans and Turkey in the field of youth employment and the position of young people in the NEET status (who are not employed, or in the process of education or training).
We will use this opportunity to talk with researchers, representatives of competent institutions, civil society organizations, donors and other key actors from five countries about the lessons learned and the next steps in the joint efforts to increase the level of inclusion and participation of young people - politically, economically and socially, with a focus on young people in NEET status.
The conference, as one of the largest events on the topic of youth participation, will gather around 100 relevant youth policy actors in the Western Balkans and Turkey.
