September 14-16th, 2016, Šid - The Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation has organized the first Training for Capacity Building of local communities in response to emergencies in Šid, within the „Support for local response to refugee crisis project“ which the foundation realizes with support of American agency for international development (USAID) in Serbia. These trainings are organized in municipalities included in this project, in order to build and improve the capacity of local communities in response to emergency (cases of flood, earthquake and fire).
The trainings are held by experts from the field of emergencies and following the official metodology of Training Sector of Emergency Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia and in collaboration with Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia.
Within the three-day training in Šid, the experts from this filed held next trainings: "TRAINING PLAN OF EMERGENCIES FOR HEADQUARTER STAFFS" for members of the municipality headquarter for emergency, „ TRAINING PLAN FOR CIVIL PROTECTION COMMISSIONERS“ for civil protection commissionars and „MIGRATION MANAGEMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA“ for members of the council for migration.
The Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation proceeds with trainings in municipalities included in „Support for local response to refugee crisis project.“
